Deceived by rove concepts

I ordered some furniture from rove concepts arrived and I am beyond disappointed. My black marble coffee table looks NOTHING like the pictures advertised. It looks like a black cube with what looks more like smudges on the side. I’m honestly shocked this even got approved to leave the factory, you can’t even tell it’s marble because it has no marble detailing which is literally the whole point of the dang thing. It literally looks like a black plastic box. The toro lounge chairs I ordered, one of them apparently had factory issues? so they didn’t assemble it and the other already had a black hand print on it so I requested they take it back. The delivery guys were super helpful and nice, they said they put a claim for me and they asked me to email my sales associate as well. Guess what? She emailed me back telling me she’s no longer employed there and that the location is now an outlet so I have to go directly to customer service. I contacted customer service and the order number wasn’t attached to the items I received today apparently? But it was attached to some other furniture(the order # email I gave had ALL items listed btw) I was told would take a bit longer. Guess what estimated delivery date I was given…SEPTEMBER. It’s for my dining chairs and lounge chairs for the bar. I can understand 2-3 months but September??? That’s ridiculous. I’m not sure if I’m being harsh right now but I paid $15,000 just to receive probably the worst batch of marble, broken furniture and a 5 month delivery window(order was placed in March). I really hope this can be resolved with a refund and maybe a coffee table that actually looks like marble. Please tell me if I’m overreacting lol I just find this all rather ridiculous. My other items I received today were fine it’s just these three that also arrived were a headache
