What fun thing can I do with this hole in my ceiling?

I needed a hole to access a lost electrical wire. I could patch it up. But why not do something with it instead.

So what should I do that would be unexpected, wacky, or fun? This is on the other side of the kitchen work area. The 3 lights are over 3 doors (dining room, stairs up, and stairs down). I have tools and reasonable skills. The ceiling is 10’ high and the room is only 10’ wide. So the spot won’t be visible as you enter the room and then only if you look up.
