Low budget options… add a shelf with hooks, put a bench and/or basket under the windows for shoe storage, add a plant, hang art, add a mirror
More expensive options… also hang the curtain rods higher and buy longer curtains, add an entry table with a bowl for your keys, add a rug, add add bead-board
