I created this breakfast nook for my kitchen. The color i chose for wainscoting and the bench is “Hay” (butter yellow) by farrow& ball (color matched) . It turned out good but something feels missing that could bring everything together.
I’m going for modern farmhouse type vibe.
Should i get a rug? Any art suggestions?

A small, textured rug could really warm the space. For art, maybe something simple with natural tones or botanical prints to keep the modern farmhouse vibe.
