I moved into a place that has this kind of rainfall shower head. The pipe is facing downward, so I can’t install my usual shower head. I like the kind with a hose that can detach for easier cleaning. I rent so I can’t change the entire pipe, just the shower head. Is there anything I can do for this or am I stuck with a rainfall shower?

Huh? You’ve literally got the shower head you like further down? What’s the problem?
Look for an adjustable shower head extension arm. You attach it where the current shower head is.
