I was watching Konstantin Baum on YouTube and he was praising Chilean wine, so I picked up this bottle of Antiyal Kuyen at my local wine shop (Sweden, government controlled Systembolaget).

I'm definitely no expert (my first notes here), but this was really interesting. There were some black fruits on the nose (cassis, black cherries), but they took the backseat on the palate. The wine itself felt ethereal and herbal, with distinct notes of rosemary, mint, and eucalyptus. It had fine grained tannins, balanced acidity, and a long finish that almost resembled of fernet branca.

If a red wine ever could feel refreshing this is the closest I have been.
