The Reserva is about $20 and delicious. I think it tastes well above its price point. We drink several bottles a month. It’s a standard in our house. I think this made Wine Spectator’s list of its top wine values.

Hi there,
So these most likely will be from multiple vineyards so its better to say what do we think of this producer rather than a specific vineyard.
I’ve tried the reserva once and thought it was a solid mid level producer with average to good value for money. Nothing special but also not bad either.
Id imagine the gran reserva should be a bit better and more complex though I wouldn’t expect wonders.
If you are looking for a next tier up producer of Rioja look at La Rioja Alta’s wines. They are uniformly great wines and good value for money. The sweet spot for me is a wine called Ardanza which is usually around £25-£30 a bottle here in the UK. They do more and less expensive depending on your budget.
