My friend’s dad is a really cool cat. He graduated in 1978 so I started looking into things for the next time he visits. He mentioned that he really loved a chenin blanc back in the day. I have literally never heard of chenin blanc being used in dessert wine, so when I saw this, I immediately thought- BINGO!
What in the actual hell am I looking at, here? Fyi- if it’s over the hill, that’s not necessarily a dealbreaker for me. I like science projects, so to speak.
Side note- if you have any other 1978 recommendations from the current auction on WineBid, I’m all ears.
