Costco products at .97 clearance are almost always a “good deal” in the sense that you most likely cannot get that product elsewhere for cheaper.
Now whether you should buy the wine or not depends on if you’ll like that style of wine, but if you want this bottle, odds are you won’t find it elsewhere for cheaper.
Both .97s are good deals if that is not too much money for you to spend on wine.

2022 was a great year for Bordeaux. Both the Troplong Mondot and the Lynch-Bages are top producers and classic representations of right and left banks, respectively.
They both need many years of aging, though. Assume you’re storing in a cellar or wine fridge?
Btw, you’re saving like $10-30 per bottle off typical prices. Good deal, but so great you’ll beat yourself up for missing it.
I’d grab the Lynch-Bages myself, but I love left bank Bordeaux.

I highly recommend the 2022 Lynch Bages!
I love the Flaccianello
