I found this bottle in my local shop. There was only this one bottle. So far I saw wines in supermarkets with vintages from 2021-2025. So, This is my first older bottle, however I know it is not a rare thing. Also this was my first French wine as well. For the first bottle I was surprised about the way the fruit notes appear in this wine. It is full of fruit but not on the sweeter side like some Italian wines and a Zinfandel I tried so far. Those were dry wines as well but the fruit notes took them a little closer to the off-dry side.
Here are my experience with this wine: I feel like it has a medium body, low-soft tannins and a medium-high acidity. On the nose I get cherry, blackcurrant, a slight spice that I can't identify just by nose and also a little bit of floral notes. On the palate I can taste ripe sour cherry, raspberry, and also I think by tasting that the spice is closer to clove than pepper.
In conclusion, I loved this bottle. I don't think I've even tried a similar wine in my still short wine journey and I'll surely try more Pinot Noirs and also other wines from France because it was a pleasant experience.

I couldn’t find much original information from the producer. The only thing I get from the website is a quote from the cellar master:
“*Very attractive purple colour. The nose opens up to reveal very ripe fruitiness, the very expression of Pinot Noir, followed by elegant toasted notes. Smooth in the mouth, very well-rounded with fine and silky tannins.*”
In a wineshop the following description is present:
“Purple colour with deeper glints. A bouquet of small red fruits (cherry, redcurrant) and black fruits blackberry, blackcurrant. Lively and crunchy in the mouth, it is also generous and appealing.”
