me and my mother have been trying for MONTHS to remove this wallpaper adhesive. we’ve tried goo gone, steamers (wagner power steamer), countless scoring and scraping tools, vinegar, alcohol, professional grade wallpaper adhesive remover (both gel and liquid). the top layer of the sheetrock is getting ripped. are there any other solutions before we result to putting a layer of joint compound over it?
