Don’t mind the dog.

I’m trying to install blinds on this door to cover just the glass.

Needs to be 26 wide by 80 length at minimum.

*- Magneblinds don’t work because it’s not a metal door (and i couldn’t even find a long enough size)*

*- Inside mount within the frame of the door i don’t think will work because the blinds will be wider than the door handle*

*- Outside mount won’t work for similar reason*

**Could I do an outside mount with just enough size to cover the window portion?**

**Is there an alternative to magneblinds that offer a no drill option and can cover the size I want?**

I would prefer not to drill into the door just in case of warranty issues, but I will do so if necessary.

I’ve explored velcro curtains but my fear is they may look tacky.

What are my options here?

I have a very similar door and I have inside mount wood blinds by Hunter Douglas. I just move them to the side or roll them up to open the door. The door handle is not really an issue.

Depending on budget, you can replace the glass with a version with built in blinded. Cleanest most direct route.
