Even though it is NV, dosage will change from release to release as the underlying wine changed and the sugar/acid balance will differ. So it could change with each new disgorgement, especially if you make wine on the border of where extra brut/brut is demarcated. They may have also changed their style to be slightly drier as fashions change.

I just pulled some out of a case today and it only said brut. It’s honestly probably the same stuff. Moët has way too many one off bullshit packagings
