As I have two little dogs that enjoy to sit on the sofa I’m looking to buy budget friendly covers for this sofa. I would prefer similar beige coloring! I’m also just having a hard time finding something that would fit the shape!

Get a nice fur blanket and teach them to lay on that. A sofa cover would be contrary to the sleek lines of that sofa.
A couple of quilted bed spreads, artfully tucked, if you are really looking for budget. It wouldn’t show off the lines of the sofa, but you could simply whisk them off when guests are expected.
