I just bought a magnum of toro albala 1946 don px convento, and it arrived with the cork pushed out like this. Considering it's a PX which should be pretty tough as far as wines go, but also the price of the bottle, would you insist on an exchange or refund if no exchange is available?

Given it age and the fact that it’s PX, I have to think that cork push didn’t happen while shipping to you. It’s probably been like that for a while. But it’s a much more sturdy wine than a non fortified. Had you seen a pic of the neck before you purchased?
