Decided i wanted to get rid of my old, cheap plastic rug under my sofa and replace it with something made of wool. Got this one at a good price, but I'm worried it blends in too well with the sofa. What do you guys reckon? Two other options are a forest green rug (which i worry will draw too much attention), or one with more brown and white streaks. I'm going to add some more green accents to the rest of the room; mainly new curtains and blankets.

That’s way too much beige. I’d go green but I really think a pattern would make this way nicer.
Beige….. beige as far as the eye can see!

But seriously. Get some color in there, stat!
Green most definitely…
Not beige or anything like beige. Infuse some color into the room!
Green
last pic and natural colour around the room too, this needs some life
Color
The problem is the cool toned coffee table. Whatever rug color you pick won’t make up for the table being off.
With the beige sofa and slate grey table, it might make sense to get something that will tie those elements together, sort of like this? You could also find one similar with pops of green, if you wanted to reference your intended accent color.

I hate jute! That being said you need some color. Do you want the sofa and the rug the same color with zero contrast?
Green
Green
The first matches the sofa too much.
I think some soft blue, green with a beige background. Because you got nice bones a calm feeling going on. But your rugs are to close to the color of your sofa. You need some soft color.

Maybe some of these colors
Green. Otherwise you have oatmeal colored everything
The beige one
I think the green will be gorgeous and at $200 you can change it out in a year or whatever—if you get tired of it!
I think this is a beautiful room. You just need to fine tune the rug area. I love the green let me look one more time. If you do the green. You need some throw pillows to tie it in.
I’m trying to navigate this site. Plus fine the green rug again.
It definitely blends with the dogs, but if you got it at a good price and really want to keep it, there are other ways to break up the color. Colorful throw pillows and potentially a coffee table in a bright, modern color would break up the color.
I will warn, though. That rug looks very easy to snag. Huge tufts like that are noticeable when they snag. A tighter weave or smaller tufts will hold up better. Especially if this is in a main living area or if you have pets.
Yes you can make the green work I found it. But it is kind of an island by it self. You need to add a throw with some green in it. Plus some throw pillows to tie it together
My god please get some character in this house
