I picked up some cheap picture frames to put some family pictures on the wall but no matter how I arrange them the balance always seems to be off. Does anyone have any suggestions for arrangement and how to hang frames that are all completely different?

You need a visual anchor. Though you have diversity in the color and styles of the frames, they’re all similar sizes to each other. I think if you added a larger piece to work around, it would be easier to balance.
