    Take it down. For listing photos and showings, cleaner window lines usually make the room feel taller, brighter, and less visually busy.

    Take it down. Looks nicer, and the next owner can think about about the window treatment they want

    the valance is doing heavy lifting here, without it the whole window just feels naked and unfinished imo

    If it’s up leave it. Kind of makes it more polished for the time being. I think it screams empty house without, unless you have other decor.
