Hoping this information is useful to one of you. Lilly, if you are reading this; thank you.

Dusty matchbox and lit matchstick on the nose. Classic reduction. Smells of off-brand Lemon Pledge.

Tastes like lemon bars and lemon pith. Lit matchstick again.

Texture is boarderline silky which first made me think med+ for acid but it’s gravelly in the mid palette and finish. High acid for sure. Still fresh as the day it was made. Zippy and tart; bite on the finish. Alc shows through on the backend. Pretty true to 12.5%.

It’s all there. Great texture, strong structure but still elegant. Easily could age another decade or two.

Ente is amazing. Curious to see how the recent change to full glass with no oak impacts the wines.
