From multiple small plots of 100+ year old vines. 14.5% alc.
Just after opening: Velvety, earthy, dark fruit, bit of dryness on the finish. No brown or orange on the edges in the glass. Looking forward to this opening up.
With a flank steak I'm about to grill.
