We want to hang a fixture (4lb top) to the ceiling. Fixture is plugged to an outlet as the ceiling has no cabling being it never setup for that. Ceiling is shown in the picture, it's definitely concrete and looks like a precast concrete slab.
In between slabs, there is a small gap approximately 1/4in wide, and this gap it's not uniform across slabs (wider and tighter at times). I have two options to hang my fixture. One is to drill and use concrete-ready anchors. One other option is to evaluate if there are other anchors that i can put into the gap in between slabs and expand when i put a screw or a hook.
We are under the roof, so i would rather not drill, so I wonder if these no-drill anchors even exist and are fine to hold 4lb of weight. Other recommendations are also welcome.
