I need help with inspiration for the bathroom! It feels so bland. Not sure what color to paint the walls cause I don’t want to make it seem dark but also it feels like too much white with the stark white cabinets
with stark white everything, texture and a little warmth will do more than any single paint color choice. if you want to avoid going dark, look at sage greens or muted dusty blues – SW Rainwashed or something in the Comfort Gray family sits really nicely against white cabinetry without feeling cold or heavy. warm whites like SW Alabaster on the walls (vs bright white) also read very differently than what you have now even though they’re technically still “white.”beyond paint – plants help a lot if there’s any natural light. small pots of pothos or trailing ivy on a shelf. a woven bath mat over tile. and something in the window if you have one – even something simple that throws light or color around the space can completely shift how it feels.
