Following u/DrGotti ´s post yesterday: I bake Detroit-style pizza every week (tonight, pepperoni with bacon and caramelized onion), and my go-to pairing always is a Ridge Zin. In this case, a '23 East Bench, possibly my favorite. The white and green bell pepper notes are a wonderful companion to that slutty dinner.
