Got up at five o’clock today to bake a cheesekake with a swirl of fresh strawberries for my wife’s birthday…..and prepare the brunch.

Now I will start to sous vide the steaks and prepare the potatoe mash, brocolli and mushroom sauce for birthday dinner that we will have with the homemade wine with that I bottled two weeks ago.

As a dessert we will grind into this cake.
