I assume a bunch of yall got these from Last Bottle. Gonna have some folks over for dinner tomorrow and would like to serve this with the food. How long would yall recommend decanting for?

    Stand it up now. Don’t decant until you run into sediment.

    I’d start at 90 minutes – 2+ hours if its closed.
