Lately I’ve been running into the same problem over and over.
pinterest is great for saving ideas, and a lot of room redesign apps can make a space look nice in theory, but the second you try to apply any of it to a real room, it kind of falls apart.
You end up asking:
- what would actually work in my space?
- what would I change first?
- what would it cost?
- and where would I even find the pieces?
That’s the part that always felt missing to me. Inspiration is easy. Actually turning it into a room you can realistically decorate is the hard part.
That frustration is what pushed me to start building something for myself around this idea, something that works from your actual room, lets you choose a budget and style, and points you toward decor/furniture you can actually use. I put together a small page for it while I test interest, so it’s there for anyone curious.
But mostly I’m wondering if other people here feel the same way

Totally agree with the issues, the struggle is real I gotta say. Regarding the tool, I think it looks sick! Just signed up as an early adopter. Kudos.
