Another great win from LB!
Young wine, but ready now.
Brought it to lunch at Coqueta in SF on a sunny day, gave it a decant and enjoyed over an hour. Recommend serving this closer to 60 F.
This evolved nicely in the decanter and in the glass.
Picked up notes of strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, some slight dried herbs and cloves as well. With a little time, some floral notes emerged.
This has great structure and balanced acidity.
Long finish as well.
14% ABV, but didn't taste hot at all.
