I got this vintage lampshade recently, but since I am in a rental with really high ceilings, I cannot fix it to the ceiling. Please tell me if there’s a way that I can get this hooked onto some sort of arched floor lamp? It’s wide and heavy so your average lantern stand or plant stand won’t cut it. I need some sort of hook attachment or carabiner. I’m not handy with these things but am so in love with this pendant light that’s just collecting dust in storage. The only thing I’ve found online strong enough is an outdoor hanging stand for a hammock chair which is expensive and bulky.
