2022 Domaine Bessin-Tremblay Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume
My first experience with this producer and this young bottle of Chablis was incredibly impressive. Beautifully classic with everything I want in good Chablis. The nose showed notes of oyster shells, sea spray, cheese rind, and lemon oil. The palate was linear and so fine with a crunchy texture, candied citrus, piquant apples, and saline oceanic minerality.
Absolutely delicious and seriously so good. I will definitely track down more from this producer and can’t wait to try more.
