Apologies if this gets asked all the time, or oppositely if this is even the best sub! We moved out of our apartment to live with my parents to save up for a year or two to hopefully buy a home next year.
My parents are very adamant about not storing anything in areas besides the basement (which is a scary unfinished dungeon) and this bedroom. So I am exploring any storage options for the bedroom. As you can see, very limited. Worth noting this bed frame has full drawers underneath it, so that’s awesome, and there is a small closet. We do have my mom’s full blessing to install things on the walls if needed, as long as my husband patches up and paints the walls when we leaves (not a problem, he does this for a living).
My preference is “behind doors” type storage – not things like floating shelves where you can see everything out in the open. I’m not interested in decorating, just storage for extra practical things like hygiene things, a few small kitchen items, etc. But I also realize that might not be an option in such a small space.
Looking for any and all suggestions. Thank you 🙂

under the bed may help. flat pullout bin type. where you have hooks by the tv, may be good for shelves or a cabinet. also look where you have space closer to the ceiling, like above your tv.
