This is a brilliantly fresh and light-footed orange wine. It’s bone dry with a vibrant profile of dried apricots, lemon, and a hint of honey. I love the herbaceous edge and the slight salinity on the finish, all backed by very subtle tannins. Incredibly drinkable and elegant.
