why not rotate the couch 90 degrees, and move the console and tv to the middle of the wall its already on

Why is the couch perpendicular to the tv? Anyway to answer your question, take all the little, insubstantial stuff off the top of the cabinet to the left of the tv and put something substantial there. By substantial I mean visually, so a largish plant that can cascade down the side of the cabinet. It doesn’t have to be real if you don’t have the light for it.
