


Flammkuchen / tarte flambée is an absolute classic from a border region of France and Germany. It's one of my favourite dishes: crispy bread with crème fraîche, traditionally topped with onions and bacon.
I also did a "Greek" version with spinach, feta cheese, and garlic. Less traditional, still great.
