Silex Sancerre. Tastes like beautiful, flinty, refined limestone. If pink granite had a flavor I would imagine it would taste like this. Fresh grapefruit, lime, and a little toasted coconut. The acidity is like a pop-rocks-gunpowder surprise on the edges of your tongue. Absolutely fucking delicious.
