
Had this with my wife last night at a restaurant along several courses.
Fantastic wine, oxidative and super deep in flavour with the high acidity keeping it fresh. Went with every dish. We got dried apricots, some dried herbs and some minerality.
We had it 7 or so years ago as well at a tasty and both didn’t really like it back then. Cool how your palate changes over time.

Haven’t had the 14, but the 06, 08, and 10 were amazing.
