
SO bright and tight fresh off the pop – so saline it's verging into pickle territory. if you hate butter and oak, here you go – incredible tension and youth.
I don't often recommend cellaring a chardonnay, but put this one away for a few. this thing has legs – 10yr easy, and I'd bet my left hand that at 15 it's still fairly acidic.This is a nice change of pace from something like Kistler, but it could use some time to develop.
