Apologies in advance for the Elivette fatigue but am a wine newbie and not sure what to make of this bottle I just unboxed.
How major of an issue is this?
Is the retailer responsible?
Should I complain?
For context, LB held this shipment for about 6 weeks due to weather impact but it still looks like it may have incurred this damage in transit.

Just some sediment and crystallization. Strain and drink.

That looks like sediment, not the cork.
