Pale gold in the glass. Rich nose, yellow apples, some malo butter notes. On the palette, initially round and plush, then rising perception of acidity and salinity on finish. Pineapple, golden apples, lemon, and something that many would call chalky minerality. Really complex and delicious, but subtle enough to require attention to notice how good it really is. 93 points?
