Gave this two hours of air in the decanter and that probably wasn't enough.
Great intro to the Joseph Phelps portfolio.
Dark cherry, dark plum, graphite, pencil shavings, slight mint.
This is a very young wine that likely will get even better with time.
Enjoyable now, just give it air.
