I was way too pleased about being able to pour 1 glass from each of these and go back comparing between them with my hubby. And now I can say I'm a Carneros pinot noir fan.
How long will these last now that I've stabbed them with the Coravin? Can I really come back to the months later?

How long they last will depend on how much you pulled out and how much argon you dumped in. Store them back in their sides in a cool place and you will be lucky to get a couple of months out of them. If half the bottle is gone, you got 2-3 weeks before oxidation is noticeable.
