A super light red made with rondo grapes weighing in at a dainty 10% volume. I've known this wine to be served chilled but I prefer it just slight below room temp. Light, delicate and dry, medium acidity. Think super ripe cherry and blackberry.
Any love for British wines?

  1. Yes, much love, but I haven’t tried a red yet. Only whites and sparkling. I’d love to give that a go. And I didn’t realise there was cultivation as far north as Yorkshire!
