Bucket list wine for me, so was happy to stumble upon it at Hedoism. Complex wine that evolves nicely on the palate. Starts off strong, oxidative, nutty, but semi-sweet at the same time. Then comes the acidity: lemons, oranges which last for seconds, making me quickly want to take another sip.
Whilst being a completely different wine, it reminded me of Moulin Touchais. An unique white wine that gets some age before being released. A winemaker who does stuff brilliantly different, for our pleasure.
