I have few opportunities to buy this. it's just delicious.
I don't have any insights better than what the experts here have noted: it would be even better in 5+ years, it's fucken phenomenal now, with red and blue notes, some smoke and flint, just the right amount of vanilla and biscuit and cream.
Such a delightful, full mouth feel, with a finish that happily lingers on forever.
I'm only 15 months into wine studies. I've had a lot of decent less expensive, but only a few more expensive (because even my retirement income isn't all disposable).
This is one of my 5 favorite ""for the price." Gosh I like it so very much!
