Playful, surprising Cava, 100% Pinot Noir smoked grapes aged in hyper toasted oak barrels, giving it a pale salmon colour and intense smoky aroma.
In the nose it feels like a “burned” Pinot Noir and as it opens, red fruit becomes more prominent. Great acidity balances it well. To drink with food and it is a perfect pairing with Comté!
