Herringbone would be my pick.
The fish scales are nice on their own but I don’t think they match the style of your bathroom.

Though nice, the fish scale is giving mermaid vibes which you might not like after a while, unless this is a child’s bath. 🧜🏻♀️ The herringbone is more sophisticated and timeless.

This fish scale I think would be more appropriate if you lived near a beach and you were treating this like an Airbnb. Both are gorgeous but I think herringbone is best here.

I can’t edit the main post but for context we live by the beach, the general vibe of the house is kind of elegant boho Cornwall x Caribbean. We have lots of teals/turquoises, soft wood, rattan, natural fibres around the house in general.

Current bathroom looks nice. This huge wall of green tile makes the room feel smaller, and unbalanced, unless you’re doing something to compensate on the other side.

My personal and maybe unpopular opinion is that a large square tile is timeless and elegant. The herringbone and fish scale are more of a design trend that I think dates the bathroom. The square tile mimics the floor and looks less busy and more relaxing that the patterns and variations in color that the other two provide. It’s just my personal opinion but I think the color is beautiful and any that you choose will look nice.
