


I’m relatively new to wine collecting. I’ve finally had a chance to make a spreadsheet of the wines I’ve stored (done while the kids are napping so the naming conventions may be a little off, needed to do it quickly!).
Looking for input on a) wines to definitely keep for years b) wines to pop now as they’re unlikely to develop in a pleasant (rather than “interesting”) way.
Also, am cooking bouillabaisse this evening, so would love a suggestion for what to pair with it
