Hello! I’ve had this bottle in the fridge for months because I cannot for the life of me get this top off. It has the arrows to twist, but I swear I’ve tried everything(twisting, knife underneath, cork screw, bottle opener, and warm & cold), and am at a still at a loss.
If you have ANY ideas, please help! I am willing to try anything at this point.

Pliers!
Grip harder. Wipe it dry, put a bunch of rubber bands on it, then grip and twist (optionally with a tea towel).
