I’m on LI and interested in this. I think with wines like this and back vintages, I’m probably never going to get a chance to try them again, so I would prefer knowing what we’re sampling in the moment. I’d love valbuena available too. Seated tasting vs light bites – I think either would be cool. Just my $0.02!
