Hi everyone,

I just received my first Grassl Decanter and a set of Grassl glasses. I’m a long-time Zalto user, and my Zaltos are completely pristine—no bubbles at all.

However, with this Grassl order:

The Decanter has a patch of small scuff marks/abrasions on the exterior (see photo). It looks like physical wear rather than a handmade trait.

The Glasses actually have several small bubbles (seeds) in the bowl.

Since my Zalto collection is flawless, I’m wondering is this unacceptable for Grassl?

Appreciate your thoughts!

I would see imperfections as a good thing. Its hand made.

    But that’s just me.
