1) I’d love to add a lamp but I’m struggling with what style and height would work best here. Any suggestions?
2) I’d love to just generally warm up this space and make it feel more homey. I’m a minimalist by nature and obsessive about keeping things visually tidy so I’ve always struggle with knowing how to add/arrange decorative accent pieces. I welcome any advice! (it’s not possible to lower the tv unfortunately)

Lower the TV. It looks like it’s trying to divorce that console instead of marry it.
Get one very large item for one side of the console, and 2-3 medium items of varying heights for the other side, to “frame” either side of the TV. All of these that you have here are much too small.
It looks wrong unless the TV is on the console and decor beside it not underneath
Usually two items look neat, three items are visually very appealing, four are slowly turning into „clutter“ than decoration.
As you said you are a minimalist and therefore might not like „too much“ decoration, you could also just add a tray to make the four smaller items as one and then place a cute lamp next to it to add some height (so have „two“ items)
